A New Federal Tool for Online Image Rights
The Take It Down Act is a recent federal law that gives individuals a direct mechanism to demand the removal of non-consensual intimate images — including AI-generated material — from any public platform, website, app, or social media service. Under the law, platforms are required to provide a way for victims to submit removal requests and must take down the images (and any copies) within 48 hours. Platforms that fail to comply can be reported to the Federal Trade Commission.
This is a meaningful protection for dignity and privacy — particularly for young people who are increasingly targeted by this kind of abuse.

Your Vote on September 8 — Make It Count
With just over two weeks until the New Hampshire state primary, the race is speeding up. For many districts in New Hampshire, the September primary determines who will win in November — meaning your primary vote may be the most important one you cast this cycle.

- Find your sample ballot — the easy way to see exactly who is running in your district is to pull up your town or city clerk’s sample ballot. Use the NH Secretary of State’s voter lookup tool to find your clerk and polling place information.

- Make a plan to vote on September 8.
- Going to be out of town? Request an absentee ballot through the NH Secretary of State’s office.
