Cornerstone recognizes the God-given right to life from conception to natural death. We promote public policy respecting the dignity of pregnant women and unborn children, support First Amendment rights of peaceful pro-life witnesses, and oppose abortion, euthanasia, assisted suicide, and embryonic stem cell research. We defend taxpayer and healthcare conscience rights.
Marriage & Family
Cornerstone recognizes marriage as a relationship ordained by God between one man and one woman. We recognize that parents have a natural right to care for their children and to make decisions regarding their children’s health, welfare, and education. We support public policy that upholds human dignity in the face of pornography and sex trafficking.
Parental Rights
Cornerstone strongly supports the fundamental rights of parents to guide their children’s lives and to be fully responsible for every aspect of their care, including all health-related decisions. We believe parents are best positioned to make informed choices about their children’s well-being. Cornerstone advocates for public policy that protects and upholds these essential parental rights in all circumstances.
Education
Cornerstone supports policies enabling parents to choose their children’s education—public, private, charter, online, or homeschool. We defend each student’s right to appropriate education, believing literacy should never yield to workforce preparation. We promote educator accountability to parents and students at all levels, supporting local decision-making over federal mandates to best serve students’ interests.
Gender
Cornerstone recognizes the inherent dignity of each human being, created male or female by God. We firmly oppose the conferral of special legal rights based on gender identity concepts. We strongly defend the fundamental right of taxpayers not to fund gender reassignment procedures or related activities. We believe in protecting traditional understanding of human sexuality and gender while respecting individual worth.
Religious Freedom
Cornerstone strongly supports First Amendment religious liberties for every citizen of New Hampshire and actively defends against discrimination that targets people of faith. We are deeply committed to preserving our nation’s historic dedication to public expression of religious faith. We believe religious freedom remains fundamental to American liberty and must be protected in all public and private spheres of life.
