HB62 - This bill requires young women under 15 years of age to provide proof of counseling prior to obtaining an abortion. Click here for hearing information. Support. HB486 - This bill prohibits the department of health and human services from entering into a contract with Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Inc. or any organization that provides abortion services. HB684 - This bill allows persons of the opposite sex to enter civil unions, eliminating certain prohibitions on same-sex civil unions, and clarifying that no person shall be a party to both a civil union and a marriage, unless the parties to the marriage are legally separated.
